A Perfectionist In Recovery
Rebecca is a therapist, writer, wife, mom, slow runner, owner of too many pets, knitter, and dedicated BBC crime show binge-watcher (not in that order). In her free time, she enjoys not cooking and is envious of everyone who finds the act relaxing.
Her writing couples humor and insight, exploring topics of faith, mental health, and, of course, getting over perfectionism. Rebecca has many initials behind her name (INTJ, Enneagram #1, Type A, OCD, MMFT), but she can best be summarized as a perfectionist in recovery.
She resides in Lexington, KY, with her husband, children, three dogs, two tortoises, one macaw, various other rescued birds, and a partridge in a pear tree (or at least she would have a pear tree if she ever figured out how to keep plants alive).
